During an in-home consultation, Rachel listens carefully to your needs and ideas, assesses the space, and discusses your project goals, timeline, and budget. This is where we determine if what you want is feasible and begin to outline the path forward. 

Once we have a clear understanding of your needs, we move into the design phase. Rachel creates a detailed floor plan and design concept tailored to your vision and lifestyle. You’ll have the opportunity to review and provide feedback, ensuring the layout and functionality meet your expectations. Multiple revisions may be made to get the plan just right. 

 After finalizing the design, you’ll visit our design center where we will present curated selections for every aspect of your project - from flooring and cabinetry to fixtures and finishes. With our expert guidance, you can make informed choices that bring your vision to life. 

With the design and material selections in place, we provide a detailed proposal outlining the scope of work, costs, and a projected timeline. This transparency ensures that you know exactly what to expect throughout the process. 

Rachel serves as your single point of contact, overseeing the entire construction process. We work with trusted subcontractors, many of whom have been part of our team for over a decade, ensuring quality craftsmanship and attention to detail. Rachel manages the schedule, communicates with you regularly, and addresses any unforeseen issues that may arise, keeping the project on track. 

Once construction is complete, we conduct a final walkthrough to ensure every detail meets our high standards and your expectations. This is the moment when you get to see your transformed space, designed for both beauty and functionality. 

Our relationship doesn’t end when the project is complete. We stand by our work and are always here to answer any questions or provide support long after the project is finished.
